Key Milestones in Our History
Mike s.a was founded in Heraklion as a family tourism office.
In 1984, we proudly opened our first office in Gouves, marking an important step in our growth and expanding our services to more visitors across Crete.
In 1994, we restructured the company and officially changed our name from Mike S.A. to MikeTours S.A.. During the same year, we relocated to our current office location, marking a new chapter in our development and long-term growth.
As demand increased, we expanded our operations to five active offices in Gouves, strengthening our position as a trusted local provider in Crete’s tourism sector.
By 2006, our fleet had grown to 197 vehicles, reflecting the strong demand for our services and our commitment to providing reliable transportation across Crete.
In 2018, we rebranded the company as Car & Travel, marking a new phase in our evolution. During this period, we operated from a central office in Heraklion and provided vehicle delivery services across the entire island of Crete, offering greater flexibility and convenience to our customers.
